Bolor Nyamaa is a partner in the Denver office of Lewis Brisbois, and a member of the General Liability, Construction, and Professional Liability Practices. Bolor's practice is focused on construction defect, professional (non-medical) liability, premises liability, labor and employment, general liability, and business disputes. She has extensive experience handling claims involving architects, engineers, lawyers, realtors, property managers, home inspectors, and other non-medical professionals.Bolor's construction arbitration and litigation experience includes representation of developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors in defective design and workmanship claims. In addition, she represents construction industry clients in matters ranging from contract bidding and pricing to drafting and negotiation to workouts and dispute resolution (bid disputes, delay and disruption, termination, scope of work, breach of contract, payment disputes, Trust Fund violation and mechanic's lien foreclosure, Miller Act claims, performance and payment bonds).Bolor has also represented clients in wage and hour class actions, discrimination and harassment cases brought under federal and state laws, governmental investigations and audits related to independent contractor and employee classification, wages, hours and workplace practices; EEOC and other state civil rights commission proceedings, breaches of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of confidential information, theft of trade secrets, unfair competition, tortious interference, and claims involving FMLA, ADA, and Title VII.Bolor has also represented banks, credit unions, commercial finance companies and other lenders on all matters related to lender/creditors' rights and secured credit facilities, including working capital lines of credit, equipment loans, asset acquisition financing, agricultural loans, real estate development and construction loans.Bolor graduated from University of Colorado with B.S. degree in Business Administration and HR Management and M.B.A. degree, followed by J.D. from University of Denver. Apart from her professional career, Bolor enjoys traveling and exploring new cities and countries. Bolor is an avid sports fan of the Yale Bulldogs and Stanford Cardinals.
