What I have experienced in the real estate industry, is that most buyers "Fall in love with the home they select." As a realtor, my job is to show properties and make properties available for viewing. "Rule of Thumb" look at the grass. You can tell where you want to live. Keep this in mind, once the buyer has selected the property of their choice, my job is to tell the buyer based on my experience the major problems with the property. If there are major repair issues, I will suggest to the buyer to select another property. If I find the issues that are dealing with health and safety which will be deal-breakers, I will tell the buyer to pick another property. I will never sell a property that I would not buy myself. This process saves you money from multiple home inspections. I am concerned about my clients' decision to purchase property that can be enjoyed for a lifetime. All properties should have a professional home inspection and all clients should have legal representation. Being in the real estate for several years, I have learned that if you treat people like you want to be treated that is a real success.
