The Shaw Team consists of Bobbi Shaw focusing on helping Seller's accomplish their goal of selling their home or property, an Executive assistant, Rhonda Petty and Lynn Monnot, Realtor. Together they maintain their affiliation with several Realtor organizations, title companies, lending institutions their loan officers as they strive to assist the many folks who request their help in obtaining their real estate needs dreams.Bobbi Shaw has been a licensed Realtor here in Southern Oregon since 1987. Bobbi has helped thousands of folks buy or sell homes, land, business opportunities or commercial investments in her 28 year career. In addition to helping equity Buyer's Sellers, Bobbi's expertise has included becoming a successful REO (Bank Owned Real Estate) short sale broker as the need has arisen over the past 5 to 6 years in this increasingly, challenging economy. Bobbi holds several designations, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Graduate Realtors Institute, Senior Housing Specialist, Five Star REO certified has increased her training expertise doing BPOs (Broker Price Opinions) which speaks to the continuing education she pursues to widen her knowledge competency in her chosen profession. Bobbi is a member in good standing with the Grants Pass Association of Realtors, the Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service, and the Regional Multiple Listing Service (covering the northern Oregon area) the Oregon Association of Realtors the National Association of Realtors. Bobbi holds a position on the Grants Pass Board of Realtors as a Local Director and has accepted a position as Assistant Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Southern Oregon Medford Market Center. Bobbi family moved to Grants Pass in 1983 raised two children. Bobbi's hobbies are singing, gardening, RV'ing being out on the water. Lynn is our newest member of the team. She offers her experience of owning and operating her own retail business for many years. She's been an active member of the Zonta Club of Grants Pass since 1997, participating as Committee Chair, Vice President holding the office of President from 2000-2002. Lynn has lived in the Grants Pass area for over 30 years with her husband, raising 2 children, enjoying the outdoors, camping, and traveling that Grants Pass area offers. She believes to give real service; you must add integrity and sincerity. Rhonda is our marketing expert is quite knowledgeable in the technology field which is so important in today's way of doing business communicating with our clients through the many different ways venues.
