Born in South Weymouth Mass,I grew up in Upstate New York and then attended Central Connecticut on a wresting scholarship. After graduating from Central Connecticut University, I becamean apprentice carpenter in New Jersey then followed the work out west to California. A few years later, my first child was born and we moved back to the east coast to be near our family. Living and working as a carpenter in different parts of the country, I reallyappreciate what each area has to offer. In 2006 I shiftedmy career to Real Estate and worked in the Commercial Residential Real Estate market with Kirby Carroll in Syracuse NY. Years of experience as a carpenter comes in handy when checking out Real Estate options. I have the vision to know "what can be done" as well as the ability to see potential flaws. That canbe importantfor both a buyer or a seller. Giving suggestions on what to fix or improve before selling a property, or what might be a negotiating tool when buying. Deciding that Upstate NY winters include too much snow,my wife Judy and I made the move to Florida. We havelived on both of Florida's coasts. Weenjoyed fishing the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay while living in St. Petersburg, but we really lovethe surf of the Ocean here on the east coast.West Palm Beachwas our first home, but we made the move northand now live in Stuart, FL.
