He began his career in real estate in 2006 not as an agent but as an investor by flipping homes that were in need of repair in the Athens area. As the real estate environment changed so did his strategies. He began purchasing rental properties as a long term investment. After navigating through one of the harshest periods in real estate history, Blake decided to open full service, real estate brokerage firm (Athens Real Estate Group) to assist others accomplish the same success in real estate.
