Working in the automotive industry, Blair arrived in Naples with a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in sales, marketing, and connecting with individuals. During his time in the industry, Blair quickly became managing partner of Fort Myers Infiniti in Fort Myers, FL. During his tenure, he was one of six dealers chosen to sit on the subcommittee for marketing and advertising on behalf of Infiniti of North America. In 2017, Blair found his calling to real estate.
