    Robert was very professional and thorough. He really helped us out considerably and was very kind to us. We will definitely keep their number for future repairs. We highly recommend Robert for any repairs on your A/C unit.

    I called and within a couple of hours had a technician out. Yannick is professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgable. Very happy with his service and happy with my interaction with Black Mountain Air.

    Kyra was great! She is very knowledgeable, super nice and explained everything that was going on with our AC unit very well. Todd, the owner, is also very nice, fair and trustworthy. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend this company!
