Adding a new truck policy was so easy. The agent I worked with, Shauna, was very knowledgeable and provided valuable information that helped me immensely. All the team I have worked with at Billy Swales are excellent.
I don't leave reviews often but this is a special case. Without going into details our policy was cancelled without prior notice.I'm not upset about them trying to drop us, we've been looking for a better insurance provider for a while now....
