Originally from Lima, Peru in South America, Billy moved to the U.S. at the age of 13. He attended high school in Athens, Ga. and received his bachelor's degree in business with a major in finance from the University of Georgia. Since 2005, he's called Watkinsville home. After working for a national lender for 11 years, Billy received numerous awards for production over the years and his customers recognized him as one of the top 10% in his region for customer loyalty (2011- 2013). He moved to Element Funding, because they shared his commitment of putting the client first.
