I've been buying and selling properties in the East Valley for most of my life. I grew up working on my Dads rental properties. My wife and I started fixing and flipping our own homes shortly after getting married in 1994. We did pretty well and had a good time doing it. In 2007 when the market was at its worst, my partner bought me out of our HVAC company and I went into Real Estate full time, deciding if I could do it when the market was at its worst then I could do it anytime. I took the knowledge I had, found some great mentors to learn the rest from and began helping investors buy and sell homes. As my experience and knowledge continued to grow I realized I had built a real skill in finding homes and selling them for the highest possible price. In 2010 I opened Valley Home Deals where we have taken it to a new level not only helping investors but using our acquired skills to help individuals and families find and purchase the right home for the lowest possible price and helping them sell their current homes for as much as possible as quickly as possible.
