I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1977 and moved to Seattle in 1986. I have been a Realtor with Windermere since 1987. My wife and I live in the Maple Leaf neighborhood and enjoy gardening, walks, and travel.Typically I list and/or sell 25 properties per year. I statistically monitor and emphasize the Seattle Condominium market and the Maple Leaf and North Seattle house market. I market new construction as well as re-sale property. My experience includes onsite and new construction sales, buyer brokerage, office assistant manager, pre-construction and pre-listing consultation, and owning, operating and renovating my own rental condominiums and houses.I believe market knowledge, personalized service, congeniality, trust and some humor are critical factors in helping people buy and sell real estate. My continuing goal is to operate my business primarily by referral through satisfied clients.
