I take tremendous pride in the fact that I work hard for my buyers and sellers and that by the time settlement occurs they are 100% satisfied with my services. If it takes me 8 months to find my buyers their "Perfect Home" and they are in no rush, then I've done my job. It may require showing them 70 or 80 homes, but that is what it takes sometimes. As long as I get the price for my seller's home that they want and the terms of the contract meet their demands, then I've done my job for them. Their home may sell in a few days, or a few months. As long as they are pleased and know I am representing them honestly and fairly, I have done my job. Buyers, I will search for your home using your exact criteria until I find your perfect home and I will negotiate hard to get you the very lowest price and most attractive terms.
