Bill was raised in Dallas, attended North Texas State University, acquiring a BA in Psychology. He is a former professional golfer. He injured his back in 1990, ending his professional golf career. He and his bride raised a daughter and a son, now living their own dream. Bill is a former successful Residential General Contractor in the DFW area for 20 years. He has complete knowledge and understanding of residential home construction, what to look for in quality and what to look for as to problems, ie., poor foundations, plumbing, electrical, etc. In 2015 he moved to Corpus Christi, TX with his family. In 2018, he became a licensed Realtor and went to work with Keller Williams Realty in Corpus Christi. Due to his experience as a General Contractor, he was able to save his real estate clients literally 1000's of dollars by directing his clients away from properties needing excessive repairs without having to pay for inspections. Bill has successfully negotiated literally 1000's of contracts as both a General Contractor and as a Realtor. In November of 2023, Bill's bride, a former traveling Respiratory Therapist (due to Covid) took a permanent position with UT Southwestern Medical School. Bill moved back to Dallas to be with his bride and transferred to Keller Williams Legacy in Plano in March of 2024. Bill is honest (perhaps to a fault). You may not always like his answers to questions, but you will know the truth. His integrity and sense of professionalism are the foundation of his real estate practice. He is extremely protective of his clients and will fiercely negotiate to obtain the best sale price for his clients. However, at the center of negotiations is that he strongly believes in win-win scenarios for both parties.
