I was pleased with this business as they did install a hot water heater for me on June, 2021. In my latest inspection it was found that they did not install a tmp valve at that time. I wanted them to come out and honor the warranty, I was informed...

I had a backed up sewer line. They charged me $600 and said it was 40% capacity when they left it immediately stopped up again and wanted a another $1800. I called him and high priority and they fixed it for $800 total.

I wouldn't use them again ...They couldn't detect where the leak was i had they had no devices to detect .They claim it wasn't a service charge for estimate which it was a 60.00 fee

I called on a Saturday late afternoon and I had service the same day. Great customer service!

July 2021. Customer service is good and prompt service provider. The issue was fixed.
