We work together to come to a price and concessions that will work for you the seller. We walk your home room by room to decide if there should be any changes or updates to get you the most money. I have a team of people I work with who paint, clean, do electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to help my sellers get ready to go live on the MLS. I have 5 Broker Associates in Moser Real Estate Group who work throughout the Denver Market.
