Retired from federal government 1999, Department of Energy and Housing &Urban Development, Federal Housing Authority, and Nellis AFB 1994-Licensed as a Realtor, Southern Nevada- Liberty Realty 2005- Licensed with National Commercial Group, as a leasing agent, sales agent working with Casino owners, Binion Family and Nevada Gaming Commission, Clark County Housing Authority, purchasing apartment buildings and residential resale market in the Las Vegas area 2005-2010 - Licensed as a realtor and Asset Manager/Owner for Solid Foundation Property Preservation for State of Nevada working with multiple bank safeguarding, bidding and remediating foreclosed and abandoned properties in Northern Nevada in remote areas such as Elko, Ely, Tonopah, Fallon, Fernley, Hawthorne, Reno/Tahoe Lake Tahoe Clark and Nye County. We then placed properties on the market or sold to investors. 2010-2012- Licensed also as a realtor for State of Hawaii working with a builder/owner on vacant land and foreclosed properties selling to investors. Licensed Asset Manager and Realtor/Owner for Triple Crown Property Preservation in South Philadelphia, south New Jersey, Baltimore and Washington DC and W.Va bidding, rehabbing and safeguarding foreclosed properties. Properties were then sold to investors and placed on the open market. 2013--present- Licensed realtor- Signature Real Estate Group working exclusively in residential sales,new homes, resales and investment properties.
