Assist borrowers with completing the loan applications forms and gather the required documentation, such as proof of income, bank statements and tax returns working with the processing and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth approval process.
Seabrook and Associates Realty is a Partner of Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta and was started in 2011 by Bernadette Seabrook. Bernadette started her career in underwriting at CIT Group and continued at IndyMac Bank before she decided to become a realtor. She has expanded her real estate business to Georgia and South Carolina. Bernadette believes things work best when we work as a team, you can rest assured that she will work collaboratively with you to get to closing, whether you're buying or selling.
