Benjamin Pierce is an attorney in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2014, and from the University of Arizona James E. Rodgers College of Law in 2018. After graduation, Benjamin clerked for Justice John R. Lopez IV in the Arizona Supreme Court. He was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2019, and in Texas in 2020.Benjamin has since gone on to practice in several legal fields including complex, high-stakes ERISA, Federal RICO, Sherman Act litigation to insurance coverage. His current practice focuses primarily on professional liability, personal injury, business tort, and other general negligence matters. He represents a variety of clients ranging from single individuals all the way up to multinational corporations.In his free time, Benjamin enjoys watching college football (go Vols!), hiking, and exploring the American Southwest.
