A little about my experience in real estate: my journey to becoming a realtor at Keller Williams NYC has been an interesting one. I graduated from the King's College London School of Law in 2013 but realizing that I wanted to be a builder and operator, decided to take a job at an early stage payments startup in NYC. I took the first $10,000 I saved and successfully invested it in real estate, leading me to purchasing a second and a third and a fourth investment property. Through that experience, I uncovered pain points that I was eager to solve and I then went on to found Up&Up, a proptech startup that aimed to bridge the gap between renting and owning and address down payment affordability.Over the last 8 years, I have acquired, renovated, rented and sold over 1,000 homes in multiple states and have gained a vast amount of experience in all aspects of real estate (Airbnb investing, rentals, acquisitions, home flipping, development). But I realized the aspect that I enjoyed the most from my early days in tech was the joy of serving customers, building relationships and solving their needs. Which is what led me to join the country's largest and most reputable brokerages to serve client needs.
