Born and raised in Iowa, Ben has been serving central Iowa and the Des Moines metro since earning his real estate license in 2012. He quickly became a top producer at his former agency by gaining the trust and respect of his clients and peers. Still, he believed there was a more efficient way to provide real estate services to the community, so in 2016 Ben earned his brokers license and opened his own discount brokerage 1 Percent Lists Evolution.
