Ben joined Marcus & Millichap's Nashville office after having served as manager of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships for an electrical manufacturing company. Prior to that, he served four years as a commercial relationship manager at a lending services firm, where he oversaw hundreds of commercial real estate lending transactions from underwriting, to closing, to servicing. With this unique arsenal of acquisition, strategic sales, and lending experience, Ben understands the importance of real estate investments.
