Being a lifelong local of Eastern Long Island, Ben knows the area well and the unique offerings better than most. He can therefore provide advantageous advice to those interested in either staying in or moving to the area, and guide clients to the right home and community for their needs. Ben believes that understanding exactly what a client wants is truly important, because real estate can be a lifelong investment, and finding the right home is a vital part of our lives. He has extensive experience dealing with both short and long-term rentals, and has up-to-date insight on rental and fair housing laws as he co-manages a family real estate business with his father. Together they own and operate 20 rental units located on the waterfront in Southampton.Originally from Southampton, Ben attended local schools including Tuckahoe School and Southampton High School. He later lived in NYC in Bronx Little Italy, and the Upper East Side for a few years. Ben graduated from Fordham University Gabelli School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Passionate about his hometown, he came back to Southampton and has resided there ever since. His love for real estate led him to obtain his sales license and join The Corcoran Group. Ben specializes in summer rentals, but handles many other real estate requests as well. When not working, his favorite pastimes are going to the beach, traveling, hiking, biking, watching movies, going to the gym and playing soccer.
