She spent every summer growing up at her family's beach house and after graduating from The University of South Carolina, it became apparent that the beach was the only place she wanted to call home. After Graduating from The College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies, LeAnne Broadway started her first career as a Realtor in Columbia, SC. LeAnne then moved to Greenville, NC and pursued a job in marketing and sales. After a long and successful career in pharmaceuticals, LeAnne decided to leave Charlotte, NC and return home. Palmetto Capital, named for her native State, was a successful multi-million dollar private lending business in Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina for over 20 years. All of these loans were secured by commercial and residential properties. Essential to the success of Palmetto Capital business enterprise was knowledge of the relevant market conditions, present and forecasted, and particularly the qualities of each property. That experience is invaluable to her as she advises her clients about quality and value. She is now combining this knowledge with her love of the area and helping people find a perfect place to call home. He attended the University of South Carolina and received a Masters Degree in healthcare administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. While much of Jay's work has been in the healthcare field, his passion for introducing people to the charms of coastal South Carolina eventually led him to a career in real estate. He resides in Pawleys Island with his wife, Allison, and daughters, Addie and Bennett. In his free time, Jay enjoys saltwater fly fishing, spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors. If he isn't working, you can most likely find Jay in the tidal creeks picking oysters or looking for redfish.
