For 12 years he worked in the NFL as a front office administrator for the Washington Redskins and the Houston Texans. Being that family was important to him, he left the profession to start his own business so he could spend more quality time with his wife and 3 young children. In the years since he was licensed, he has sold hundreds of homes. Barry graduated from Liberty University with a degree in business and sports management. He has worked for the Baltimore Orioles as an Operation Assistant and then moved on to work as the Director of Operations for the Washington Redskins.
