Mr. King is Of Counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of business planning and corporate transactions. He is a general practitioner of commercial law, including litigation, tax planning, and estate planning experience. In addition to representing national clients in commercial cases, Mr. King's clients are primarily small and mid-size businesses which he assists from the cradle to the grave.Barry served as an assistant trust officer at the San Diego Trust and Savings Bank until 1960. A self-described general practitioner of commercial law, he has over forty years of litigation and commercial transaction experience.Barry attended Marquette University on a Navy ROTC scholarship; after serving in Korea and Viet Nam with the U.S. Navy, he was discharged in 1956, and attended the University of Michigan Law School.
