Barbara was great. The underwriter was not as cooperative, caused delays and was unreasonable in their requests, but Barbara did her best to make sure the loan went through.

Barbara was always there to answer our questions (even when she was on vacation!!). She helped us understand the loan process and what different numbers and figures meant. I would recommend Barbara to anyone buying a home!
