Waiting last minute to approve was very stressful. Better communication with myself on what exactly was needed from employer to move forward.
After talking w/her about the transfer of my money being disbursed into my account/it was like clock work/and that's what counts good communication and outstanding Representation.
Barbara and her team were always on top of things, friendly, personable and very professional. We love working with them!
The service was terrible, it seemed that no one knew what was going on.
We were asked time and again for the same information. No one returned phone calls.
Overall, the employees need training in public service.
