When I was trying to get a home loan many years ago, I had the best experience with a loan officer (or residential mortgage specialist). Although I couldn't qualify for the home, the mortgage consultant showed me what I could do to qualify. I couldn't believe that although I was not a prospect for her at that time, this home loan specialist took so much time to make sure I understood what I could do in order to qualify in just a short time. I was hooked. I knew I wanted to work with home buyers and help them however I could - whether teaching them what to do so they can qualify or make sure that I would do whatever it took to make their dream of home ownership real and make the right home loan work for them. The mortgage home loan industry is all about my clients and making them happy. I'm thankful to receive referrals from my strong network. And even if occasionally I can't help the home buyers referred to me, I work tirelessly to find someone that will.
