I'm a Florida native, but have lived in many places including Germany, New York City, Atlanta, Charlotte, Maryland and the D.C. area before coming home to the land I love. An Industrial Engineering graduate of Georgia Tech with highest honor, I have a technology background (15 years with IBM) and was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch. I understand investments, 1031 exchanges, and using self-directed IRAs to invest in real estate. My hobbies include playing golf, working out, walking the beach, enjoying the beach and boating with my family and friends, attending concerts, live music and dancing, traveling, and being an active volunteer in the community.
