About
I believe that an open line of communication is the key to a successful Broker and Client relationship. My role is to discover the complete picture of what my client wants to accomplish with the real estate transaction. With that information in hand, I then go to work to coordinate all the elements that go into a successful purchase or sale for my client. I became a licensed Broker in the State of Colorado in January of 1998. I enjoy the diversity of working with a homeowner on sale of their primary residence, assisting a small business owner to find the perfect location for their store front, or helping a buyer acquire a piece of land to build their dream home. My true passion is helping others and I have been a volunteer for many years.
