At my practice, Barbara J. Katzenberg, Attorney at Law, I work to obtain positive outcomes for both men and women in the areas of , child custody, property division and other family law matters.In this work, I have a variety of resources which I can draw upon. I am a skilled negotiator, conduct sessions, and vigorously litigate to achieve my clients' goals. I also work with a network of professionals in the areas of child psychology, business valuation, tax accounting and other disciplines when the need arises.I am committed to helping each client achieve the best outcome possible. I am an experienced Domestic Relations attorney practicing law since 1990. I graduated Boston College Law School in 1990 and spent the first eleven years in the public sector as a litigation attorney for the Department of Revenue's Child Support Enforcement Division. During my time with the Department of Revenue, I was appointed as Special Assistant District Attorney assigned to prosecute criminal non-support cases. I joined the association of Wolfson, Keenan, Cotton & Meagher in April of 2002 as an independent counsel. My practice is focused in the areas of Domestic Relations and Family Law both as a litigation attorney and a family law mediator. I practice primarily in Worcester and Middlesex Counties and have significant experience in the areas of complex financial matters and difficult custody disputes. I have also developed significant trial and appellate experience over the years. I received my undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Early Childhood Development in 1984, my Masters degree in Social Work from Columbia University in 1986 and my Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 1990. I am a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.
