I have held many jobs but none that I have enjoyed as much as this one. Working with buyers and seeing the expression on their faces when they find the perfect home is very exciting. I do not push buyers towards homes just to make a sale. Educating my buyers, pointing out defects and costs that may be incurred in the near future and making sure they are getting a great home for the right price is extremely important. I sometimes feel let down after finding my buyers homes because I won't be seeing them on a regular basis. I also love working with sellers. I love doing CMAs, creating reports and being able to use my math skills. The excitement I bring when I tell my seller that I have an offer on their home is indescribable. Many friendships have been formed in the past few years between myself and my buyers and my sellers and I treasure every one of them. I look forward to helping many more clients and forming many more friendships.
