Had a appointment to get my locks rekeyed at 10:22 am -12:22 pm today. Called after 12 and was told they would be out at 2:30 now. Never showed and it's now 8 pm. Paid in advance BTW. Horrible horrible business

Unreliable. Called on a Saturday and asked if he was going to be at the shop. Get to the shop and no one there. Said he had to go on an emergency call. Never called to let ke know. Said he is in the shop from 8-9 every week day. Call on Monday...

Gave me a quote then showed up at my house asking for 4 times the amount for the same job. If he asked for a little more i would’ve said okay but 4 times the amount is definitely outrageous

I needed a new front door lock re-keyed to match my back door so that I didn't have to carry two keys. I walked in with the new lock and the key and walked out with a matched set in about 10 minutes. Super service and a fair price.
