I have used this company for 8yrs now & always recommended them but 10 days ago they came and did 2 bedrooms for me and today I decided to redo my bedroom with my personal shampooer and I absolutely could not believe how filthy dirty the water...

They did an excellent job with our rug. It was very stained up, It came out way better than we expected it to. Highly recommend and they are very reasonable in their price.

Had an appt on June 24 2024 and July 1,2024. They called both days saying flat tire and called again following week saying van broke down. Will not use this company again. Very unreliable and use old brokedown vans

Wonderful experience with this company! They got our pet-stained carpets looking better than we could have hoped, and were so friendly we nearly invited them back for a social visit! Good price, great work, efficient.

Are y’all for real? These people are a joke and a complete waste of time!! They should be put out of business. So …you guys get drunk on weekends and have hangovers on Mondays so y’all call y’all customers to make up excuses but y’all forgot...

We received a call 30min before scheduled appointment and was told their employe called off work and there were no other employees on the schedule for today....complete wast of my time!

I have hired this company for over 15 year's now.

They have recently hired some contractor that has proven more than once to be extremely unprofessional and dishonest. To the point we have had to make sure our camera's were on and functioning...

Brian & Mike showed up on time and were very professional the short time they were here. It's been almost a week since they cleaned the carpet and the carpet looks the best it has in years.
Do yourself a favor and let these very personable guys...
