Austin began his career in real estate in 2011 after having grown up around the industry. The ever-changing market and commitment to people attracted Austin from an early age. After graduating from James Madison University in 2014, Austin embarked on a full-time career as an agent. In 2018, Austin became a real estate broker and started teaching license classes. Austin describes his "why" for going to work as his 4 girls - his wife and three daughters.
