For those of you that do not know me, I started my own mowing and landscaping business at the age of 13. I grew this business from a handful of customers to 30 weekly customers including residential and commercial accounts. At the age of 18 I sold my business in preparation for college and later used that money to pursue my dream of owning rental property. I've committed many years to learning and developing my leadership and survival skills. I became an Eagle Scout at the age of 15. I'm told my integrity and ability to lead are my strong suits. I purchased my first multi-family rental unit at the age of 20. I then went on to graduate from the University of Sioux Falls with a BA in Business-Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, I purchased my second multi-family unit at the age of 23. It has been through this experience that I have gained first-hand experience with property management and real estate investing. After graduating from college, I moved to Arizona where I obtained my real estate license and subsequently became a Business Broker. It is in this role that I gained experience in facilitating high-end business deals, complicated business financing, and negotiating contracts with attorneys, accountants, buyers, sellers and brokers to see a deal through to an amicable outcome. While in Phoenix, I also obtained my home inspection certification and completed over 50 home inspections in the Phoenix area, further developing my skills in every aspect of real estate and home ownership. Following my move back to South Dakota, I joined Keller Williams and have had the opportunity to be mentored by some of the best in the real estate industry. I enjoy helping others achieve their dreams as well.
