Audrey is a full-time Broker Associate with the Sarasota office of Preferred Shore Real Estate and is known for her proactive communication style, friendly, energetic approach, and committed follow-through. Audrey served as a Director on the Board of Directors and a member of the Professional Standards committee for the Venice Area Board of REALTORS(r) in 2022 and holds a Broker license with the State of Florida. Constantly working to provide more value to her clients, Audrey earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation from the National Association of REALTORS(r) and is also NAR(r) certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Previously, she served on the REALTOR(r) Association of Sarasota and Manatee's Professional Development Committee for six years, was a 2020 member of the Professional Development Committee with the Venice Area Board of REALTORS(r), is a 2013 graduate of the REALTOR(r) Association of Sarasota and Manatee's Leadership Academy. Audrey was honored to be the recipient of the 2019 Women's Council of REALTORS(r) Manatee Network President's Award and the 2021 Rising Star Award from the Venice Area Board of REALTORS(r) for her philanthropic contributions. An avid lover of the outdoors, Audrey spends her free time with her husband, friends, and family on the golf course, at the beach, on the boat or simply just enjoying all the natural beauty that Florida has to offer.
