My focus is home equity: HELOCs and home equity loans, including options for self-employed, bank-statement and investment-property borrowers. I also do reverse mortgages (FHA HECM from age 62, and non-FHA programs from 55 where state law allows), plus conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo and non-QM loans, including DSCR.
