Ashlie is a welcomed addition to the Horizon Real Estate Team. At 17 she began a career at In-N-Out Burger, while studying at San Diego State University where she graduated in 2010 as a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition. Ashlie learned important problem solving, leadership, and management skills over the eleven years of working with In-N-Out Burger, where she climbed her way up the ladder into a management position. It was there that Ashlie learned the power of teamwork and how people working together under pressure and supporting each along the way can accomplish amazing goals. The skills she developed there are invaluable to her now as an integral member of the team. Ashlie developed many life-long relationships during her time at In-N-Out Burger including meeting her loving husband Ray. They married in September of 2014, and in October of 2015 they joyfully became first time parents. In December of 2017 Ashlie had their second child, who completed their family. As a loving family of 4 with many school, art, and sports activities, they keep very busy during their free time! In 2014 Ashlie switched careers and began working as an office assistant. Her tasks included research, data entry, and working as a receptionist. She obtain her real estate license while gaining hands-on experience with Horizon Real Estate in 2017. We value Ashlie for her personal work ethic that translates into her "can do" attitude and her dedication to her job, her team and all of Horizon's clients. Ashlie became Kim's business partner in 2023, their individual strengths have proven paramount to the success of the business, and have taken our already stellar service to another level for all our clients. Ashlie is proud to count herself a member of the Horizon Real Estate Team and is enthusiastic about showing everyone she encounters how we keep focused on the most important aspect of our business, the people.
