Ashley is a litigation associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. Ashley is based in the firm's Tampa office where she is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Ashley began her career at Foley as a summer associate. Prior to joining Foley, Ashley worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Philip R. Lammens, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Ashley was also an intern with the criminal division of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida, a research assistant for two professors, and a teaching assistant for a trial advocacy course. While in law school, Ashley argued before justices of the Florida Supreme Court in the University of Florida Levin College of Law's Final Four Competition and was selected as best oralist. Ashley also argued before a panel of judges from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in the University of Florida Levin College of Law's Raymer F. Maguire Competition, where she was again selected as best oralist.
