Ashley Hancock serves as the Broker/licensed Realtor and Property Manager for The Sandlapper Management Group, LLC. A Lowcountry resident for over 27 years, Ashley graduated with a degree in International Business from the College of Charleston in 2002 and went on to earn a Masters of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary's University in Minnesota. As Director of Annual Giving at both The Citadel and Roper St. Francis Foundation, Ashley was responsible for raising well over $1 million annually, as well as leading and planning major fundraising events. Ashley previously served as The Director of Regime Management for Southern Shores Real Estate Group. In 2009, Ashley decided to focus on sales and property management, becoming a full time Realtor and Property Manager. Becoming a licensed Realtor was a natural progression; she was following in her mother's footsteps who has been a licensed Realtor since the early 1980's. In May of 2015, Ashley established The Sandlapper Management Group to provide premier services to property owners, potential tenants, interested buyers and home sellers. Focusing primarily on property management, over the last 8 years, Ashley has grown The Sandlapper Management Group to a wonderful group of 5 skilled team members who manage over 250 properties throughout the tri-county area. Her excellent communication, personal and organizational skills developed from her experience in fundraising have proven to be extraordinarily beneficial and essential in her property management and real estate business. She brings her knowledge of the Charleston area, love for people, and her desire to fulfill the property needs of all of her clients to The Sandlapper Management Group.
