    Rich was sent to my apartment by my property manager and he was awesome. Great communication, professional demeanor, and got me all patched up in a timely manner, just in time for incoming guests. Can't recommend Rich and ASAP enough!

    Warning, beware the potential charge! Although Rich seems like a nice guy and responded quickly, he charges only by job not by the hour. He stopped by our house for a „free“ estimate, and his basic charge (before starting to diagnose or work)...

    I had an emergency and called ASAP after several others told me they were a month out. Not only did Rich fix my wiring issue but he was super nice and fair about everything too. I plan to use ASAP again.
