Art Barsegyan is an associate attorney at Pansky MarkleAttorneys at Law, having joined the firm in 2012. His practice specializes inlegal ethics compliance, state bar disciplinary defense, attorney admissions,and legal malpractice defense. Mr. Barsegyan is actively involved in the LosAngeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the Association of ProfessionalResponsibility Lawyers (APRL), and the Association of Discipline DefenseCounsel (ADDC), where he served on the Board of Directors from 2017 to 2021,including a term as President in 2021. He also represented ADDC on the StateBar of California's Bench-Bar Committee from 2018 to 2020. A regular speaker atMCLE presentations, he addresses various legal ethics topics to attorney groupsand organizations. Mr. Barsegyan graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the Universityof Southern California in 2007 and earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School ofLos Angeles in 2011, where he was recognized for his academic achievements andleadership roles. He has also contributed to the investigation and prosecutionof attorneys as a law clerk for the State Bar of California and remainscommitted to mentoring law students through Loyola's Alumni Mentor Program.
