I started in real estate in my twenties and loved it! I was an award-winning agent for many years and started my own company in 2002. I own property too and like the management-side of real estate but my heart is in residential sales and rentals. I like helping people find just the right place for what their budget is for rentals. Sales is always challenging but staying focused on the client's needs and working through some of the problems helps both the seller and purchaser obtain their goals. This is the best reward.
