The only complaint I could make is the disbursement date and funds to account were not clearly explained. We expected and we're led to believe we would have the funds the same day as disbursement but I had to call to find out that New American...

Ari was excellent and we really enjoyed all his help in buying our FIRST HOME! It can so stressful and Ari was patient and thorough with all explanations.
