Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1996, April Byrd has many years of experience in the Real Estate Market. From guiding Buyers through the many homes for sale to Investing in her own Real Estate portfolio. She started out 26 years ago as a Rental Agent; shortly after joining Century 21 Real Estate, she was promoted to Relocation Specialist. She became the local contact and concierge for out-of-state Investors looking to relocate to Florida. Recognized as a South Florida Listing Expert, April Byrd enjoyed working with Sellers. Especially, getting ready their property for sale, staging the home, and helping the seller relocate, to aggressively negotiating the highest and best price; and finally closing the sale ending in very happy customers. She went on to become a Property Manager for apartment buildings and coaching Renters in their home ownership exploration. Over the years April has handled every part of the Real Estate Transaction.
