Antonio Gonzales is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is a strategic and creative problem solver with an intuitive ability to convert challenging transactions into successful solutions. He has extensive experience in complex contract negotiations and underwriting analysis. Since 2002, Antonio has been involved in many aspects of the real estate and finance industry including net branch operations, residential sales, private mortgage lending, and nationwide distressed asset acquisitions. He received an athletic & academic scholarship to the University of San Diego (USD) where he was captain of the USD Men's Soccer Team & received his BA in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Supply Chain Management & Minor in Spanish. Considering his experience with Buyer/Seller Representation as a CalBRE Broker; his extensive knowledge of residential asset acquisition, disposition & valuation of real estate nationwide with Sustainable Management; and his seasoned understanding of private lending underwriting analysis with Lantzman Lending, he has the resources available to give you the competitive advantage to accomplish your real estate goals.
