I've worked in customer service for 13 years, I've managed, trained, interviewed, hired & worked with many people. I've been on teams with as few as 6 people and teams of up to 160 people. I started out in restaurants as a dishwasher/busser, and worked my way up to kitchen staff, caterer, kitchen lead, and finally to general manager across a number of different businesses. I've learned how businesses operate, how they make & lose money, how to maintain quality standards, how to attract customers, how to earn repeat business & I am now eager to apply my knowledge & skills to the real estate world.
