I also make a point of keeping up with the latest financial and industry trends, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements, so that I can serve as an informed advocate for my clients. My focus is on not merely getting my clients a loan, but finding the best possible loan for them. Tony Bolodar has been making people's dreams of home ownership happen since 1998. He started his origination career with World Savings after a very successful career on the servicing side of the business. In 2002 he opened his own Net Branch office in McKinney, Texas, where he at one time had grown to twelve producing loan officers working for him. In 2010 after the Real Estate bust, he went back to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to help with the recent mortgage crisis. Working as an Oversight Manager, he performed the oversight of over $66 million dollars in asset sales from 2012-2014.
