Zero communication. Didn’t respond to my emails and didn’t return my phone calls. As soon as I called from a different phone number he picked up the phone. I had to call state farm customer service number in order to get my refund.
I had a claim that needed consultation from Anthony and have left (2) voice mails, text and emails over the past 24 hours with zero response. Totally unacceptable for an agent and his agency.
Zero stars! This is the most unprofessional service person I have ever worked with. He does not return any phone calls or requests (over a 2+ year period) We have had multiple people in our family have to switch agents because of his ineffectiveness,...
